A Pastry Chef is needed to join the current kitchen brigade within this wonderful property in Norfolk.
The property is a renovated Inn, keeping to its original charm the property comprises of 10 + bedrooms, a bar and restaurant. All dishes are freshly prepared using local fresh ingredients. All breads, desserts and Ice-Creams are freshly prepared daily within the kitchens ovens.
The quality of the dishes within this property are kept to the highest standards, and they are known locally for this. They are extremely popular with both tourists and locals, as they cater for all.
The property itself is situated within picturesque surroundings, and is stylish and contemporary but still keeping to its original charm.
The duties of this Pastry Chef will include:

- To report to the Head Pastry Chef
- Assist with the production of all desserts, breads and Ice-Creams etc.
- Keep to the high standards already set within the property

Experience needed for this Pastry Chef position:

- Previous experience working within a high quality establishment as CDP Pastry or above
- Ability to work well within a team, and on own inititive
- Must have the ability to work with fresh produce and experience of doing so
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent within professional patisserie
