Our client is the world’s largest media investment management organisation, looking for an experienced Paid Search Account Manager with a proven track record in Search, client handling, and relevant exposure across digital channels. The Paid Search Account Manager will be the key figure for our clients’ Paid Search Ecommerce, with Front of House client-facing responsibilities. The company are the International Search & Biddable team working with big named blue-chip brands within gaming, travel, motor, charity, fashion and FMCG. The Job
• Responsibility for team of 4 people (2 Planner/Buyers, 2 Executives), which includes ensuring clear KPIs and delivery against targets.
• Clear split of role & responsibilities, awareness of team’s tasks & deliverables.
• Ensure training for team based on their level and identify their strengths & weaknesses for their further career development in areas such as:
o Delivering accurate analysis of the Search campaigns
o Delivering campaigns across different channels & markets
o Planning and forecasting of schedules.
o Implementing testing into Search campaign
o Producing results and competitive analysis


• Strong commercial mind-set, leading on delivery of services in line with client objectives, service level agreements and terms of business.
• Ensure communications are tailored to the audience & requirements of the brief.
• Build strong & collaborative client relationship, thought leadership.
• Constantly feedback to line manager & wider account team relating to client developments, opportunities and pressures.
• Take your career management seriously, prepare for performance reviews and attend training.
• Have an ability to be highly motivated, numerate, and articulate, both when speaking to clients, writing documents and analysing results.
• Financial accuracy through the planning & buying process.

Experience Needed

• Excellent written & verbal English language skills
• Advanced experience in Paid search
• Strong understanding of SEO
• Team leadership
• Demonstrable record of accomplishment of account/client growth
• Confident presenter
• Remains calm under pressure
• Ability to identify & deal with conflict
• Collaborative
