Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a Teacher to work with a school that caters for pupils aged 16-25 with high/ very high special educational needs.

The school's focus is to provide their pupils with the necessary skills to live a full and independent life. These skills include time management, budgeting, functional skills and employability.

This is achieved inside a brand-new campus. The new facilities consist of five new classrooms, a large hall space, personal care facilities, a kitchen area and a large outdoor area for horticulture . If you wish to join this team you should:

Your role would be to create lesson to meet the learners needs. This would include a curriculum based around academic and social progression. You would create lessons aimed to allow the young people to express themselves in a practical and easy way, as well as design tasks to help the young people succeed in their lives beyond the school.

* Have QTS or QTLS
* Have experience of working with SEN/willingness to train
* Be a calm and patient personality
* Be committed to making a difference
