Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a Science teacher who can work full-time 8:30am - 3:30pm. Our Cardiff community school (CF5) position will be starting September with a potential of a permanent position. This includes a daily rate of �127 - 185. With a great location bus routes and onsite parking is available.

The ideal science teacher...

* Experience teaching KS3 & KS4 Science
* Laboratory experience (is preferred)
* Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
* QTS or NQT status
* Willingness to teach KS5

Your role will include lesson planning, delivering practical experiments and resourcing for each lesson. The school have only recently moved into the new build meaning that they have been equipped with some great facility's such as new science labs, conference halls, ICT suites and many more. With a range of abilities throughout the school they have multiple intervention and base classes to help improve the learning of pupils. This offers a tailored way of teaching ensuring that no pupil gets left behind.

The school have some great partnerships with surrounding schools and universities this allows many different opportunities to arise for the students and teachers. As well as educating the pupils health and wellbeing are at the heart of the school as the school offer a range of additional support and guidance for adult life.
