Teaching personnel work in partnership with a large trust of primary schools located across Chesterfield, and on behalf of the senior leadership team we are looking to appoint a EYFS specialist Teaching Assistants across 2 sites in the Chesterfield area.

The onsite nursery provisions cater for children from the age of 2 and have an existing team of experienced and welcoming EYFS specialists. They are looking for candidates with a good understanding of the EYFS framework, who can positively contribute to the setting and share inspiring ideas to provide the best possible start to the children's' educational journey.

We are looking for passionate candidates who have experience in carrying out observations and assessments in line with the EYFS framework, with the ability to support the class teacher in identifying gaps in learning and the delivery of engaging, interactive lessons to aid learning and development.

The ideal candidate will have a nurturing approach with the ability to quickly form positive relationships with both students, parents and colleagues.

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum Level 3 EYFS qualification or equivalent, and recent experience in an educational or childcare post. Successful candidates must complete a level 2 safeguarding qualification, which will be free through Teaching Personnel.

All 3 roles advertised are on a full time basis, with the view to offer permanent contracts to suitable candidates. There are excellent transport links to both sites, therefore access to your own vehicle is not essential for this role.
