Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager looking to take on a new challenge?

Due to continued success and growth, we are now looking to recruit a Project Manager to join our capital projects and engineering teams in Glasgow and Dunbar. This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Joining our team, the Project Manager will oversee the construction management of projects including supervision and inspection of the works, daily, weekly and monthly coordination of contractors and sub-contractors.

In your new role, you will be working within the business functional area to ensure project development and execution strategy is aligned and prioritised to deliver business objectives and the projects in a safe and economic manner. You will ensure company governance requirements are followed throughout construction project delivery.

Our ideal Project Manager will have:

- An understanding of UK contractor market.
- Sound working knowledge of CDM regulations.
- Knowledge of the construction industry, contract procurement, environmental legislation, H&S legislation and planning regulations.
- Track record in the delivery of projects to cost, quality and time parameters in waste management or related engineering field.
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification or demonstrable experience applicable to the role.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- NEBOSH or equivalent.
