New behaviour support role available in Bury from September 2020.

Do you have experience working with students who display challenging behaviour? Are you currently looking to utilise your skills in behaviour management within a secondary school setting?

Our client school, located in Bury are currently seeking to appoint a behaviour support assistant to join their Inclusion Team from September 2020 due to a restructure within the department. The Inclusion Manager has identified that certain students across KS3 and KS4 require additional support to improve their behaviour within school.

You will be expected to work with pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis to deliver sessions on motivation and positive behaviour management strategies, along with being a role model for students who have become disengaged from learning.

**Full time position, from September 2020- initially for one academic year.
**Earn up to �1300 per month, experience dependent.
**Supporting students across KS3 and KS4.
**Liaising with the school SENCO and Inclusion Manager.
**Fantastic opportunity prior to completing teacher training courses.

Our partner school is located near to the M66 motorway, and is accessible via public transportation links due to being close to the Metrolink from Manchester City Centre.
