Do you have supervisory experience gained in a regulated GMP / ISO clean room environment, based around production, labelling or packaging? A brand-new permanent role has arisen with a Pharmaceutical company in Worthing, West Sussex, for Senior Packaging Technician who can support manual GMP packaging operations.
 
This role is ideal for someone who is looking for that next step in their career and has excellent communication skills. As a Senior Technician, you will deputise for the Team Leader and fully support a team of 12 Packaging Technicians, increasing to 17 during peak season. You will ideally have experience in investigating and writing non-conformance reports, as well as updating SOP’s.
 
Your normal hours will be 7am-3pm, Monday to Friday, with some additional paid overtime during busy season (August to December).

Experience
 
We are looking for a hard-working, committed individual with strong attention to detail and some supervisory experience. Previous experience in a regulated environment (GMP or ISO, from the Pharmaceutical, Food or Medical Devices sectors) would be a strong advantage. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to supervise and support small teams. You will need to demonstrate strong computer skills, as well as the ability to write reports and update procedures. We want someone who works hard at all times, with good literacy and numeracy, patience, an honest and likeable manner and strong attention to detail.
