Could you make a difference to a child who has experienced trauma or has additional needs?

Do you have experience of supporting children or adults with mental health needs?

Have you thought of supporting pupils in a school setting?

We are looking for people who want to make a real difference to lives of children who are unable to access mainstream education for a number of reasons from behaviour that challenges to mental health needs.

You would be supporting pupils in small groups or on a 1:1 basis to support them in accessing education.

You'll need relevant work experience with children, young people or adults with. This can be either in a paid or voluntary capacity in places such as;

* children's homes
* family community centres
* family refuge centres
* mental health services
* nurseries and schools
* probation services
* youth projects
* Mentoring
* Advisory work
* Coaching

This can be a challenging but very rewarding job, engaging children in education and building self esteem.
