A Cover Supervisor works in schools providing assistance to the regular teaching teams by taking classes and ensuring they are working on tasks. They play a huge part in the running of school, by freeing up the regular qualified teaching staff to carry out essential marking, planning and preparation. The role has grown in recent year and almost every secondary school will use Cover Supervisors.

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for Cover Supervisors to work at our client school local to Maldon, we require Cover Supervisors who can be available at short notice on a flexible basis.

As a Cover Supervisor you will ideally;

* Have significant experience of working with secondary age children
* Be educated to Degree level, we are ideally looking for Graduates of Core Subjects (Maths, English, and Science)

The role;

* In charge of the classroom management
* Ensuring that the pupils keep on task
