This start-up has quality backing both financially and from people who have a track record of developing new start-up technology companies, so there is a great chance of it succeeding in the long-term. They want people to join who are really invested in the company’s success, due to this they are offering people equity in the business, on top of your salary and benefits.

You will have been working on the Mechanical Design of Fluidics technologies yourself, rather than leading a team and being hands off. In the future, there is a great chance of this role progressing into a more senior level.
