Teaching Personnel are working with a Secondary school located in Eastleigh where they are looking to expand the Design Technology team for September 2020. The School are looking to recruit a talented and enthusiastic Teacher of Design & Technology who can inspire and raise attainment within the department.

The school are looking to recruit a Teacher of Design & Technology to join this OFSTED rated 'GOOD' school for September 2020. You will be a motivated and enthusiastic teacher who has a positive and open approach to learning. This mixed Comprehensive School for 11-19 year old students of all ability ranges are looking for someone that is excited about learning and wanting to develop their career with in Education.

The ideal candidate will:

* Be a qualified Design & Technology Teacher
* Typically delivering good/outstanding experiences to students
* Be experienced in planning an appropriate and challenging curriculum
* Have a thorough knowledge of present curriculum developments, particularly those relating to Design & Technology
* Be an inspiring teacher with real enthusiasm for the subject
* Be able to motivate his/her pupils
* Be committed to high standards for both staff and students
* Be prepared to contribute to the extra-curricular life of the school
* Have excellent knowledge/experience of teaching Design & Technology

Please note that candidate will be expected to complete an Enhanced Child workforce DBS that is registered with the update service unless you have already obtained one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
