This opportunity is ideal for individuals with Youth or Social work experience, looking for a full-time role within a secondary school.

* Full-time Behaviour Support Assistant.
* To start in September 2020, guaranteed until the end of the academic year.
* Work within a recently refurbished secondary school in Salford with excellent links to behaviour management training.
* Delivering intervention sessions to pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis for pupils with behavioural difficulties.
* Monitoring pupil progress and reporting these back to senior members of staff.
* Earn up to �1500 per month, dependent on experience.

Our client school has a support department dedicated to pupils who can display challenging behaviour. As a result of pupils' challenging behaviour, their attainment grades have dropped significantly and therefore, this department is dedicated to raising overall attainment.

To be considered for this roleit is important that the incoming candidate has some experience of supporting individuals with behavioural difficulties alongside transferrable skills to work within this area of education.

Our client school is based in Salford and can be accessed via the M60/A580 and several forms of public transport from the surrounding areas such as Bolton and central Manchester.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
