* As a client-facing (180�) recruitment professional providing suitable vacancies for our recruitment partners to fill.
* As a full client and candidate facing (360�) recruitment professional working with your own (and our) clients and their vacancies as well as our vacancies - you can even access our resourcing team.

What you should bring to the partnership:

* Preferably a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, in any sector or location, although they are open to discuss with all interested parties
* Know who your clients are, and/or how to best source your candidates
* Ability to manage your own time/workload
* Drive and enthusiasm
