Starting in September, a smaller than average, mainstream secondary school located in Salford, are looking to recruit an SEN Teaching Assistant on a full-time temporary basis.

The SENCO and pastoral team are looking for a passionate, patient and dynamic individual for the role of SEN Teaching Assistant who can support a group of identified pupils aged 11-16 with mild to moderate SEN including; Autism, Dyslexia and ADHD. The pupils will require extra support with lesson engagement, reading/writing and understanding the current scheme of work which the school will advise you on.

Highlights of the SEN Teaching Assistant role:

* Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant
* Starting September 2020 - likely to be required until July 2021
* Earning �1300 a month, paid weekly
* Delivering tailored learning activities to a group of identified pupils with a range of SEN
* Working at a supportive and inclusive mainstream secondary school in Salford just off the M61, close to areas of Worsley and Walkden.
* Previous experience with SEN and young people is very desirable
* Exclusive access to a range of CPD courses including; SEND sessions, Autism Awareness and more!
