Join a successful secondary school in Manchester seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspiring teacher of Fe male PE from September 2020.

The successful PE teacher will join an ambitious and collaborative department and will take responsibility of teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 Female PE. The ability to teach a second subject would be an advantage but is not essential for this position.

Responsibilities of this position:

To plan, prepare and deliver Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 lessons across the age and ability range.

To monitor and support the overall progress and development of all students.

To work with the department to create relevant schemes of work.

To manage behaviour in line with the schools behaviour policy and create a positive learning environment.

We are looking for a n engaging and inspiring teacher of PE with the ability to deliver high-quality lessons across all Key Stages.

The ideal candidate will:

Have Qualified Teacher Status and a specialism in Physical Education.

Have recent experience teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 PE.

Have a proven track record of raising student attainment.

Be passionate about teaching Physical Education and a genuine desire to help all students achieve their potential.
