Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting NQT's for September 2020 to work in the Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan areas. We offer a variety of positions to suit our partner school's needs, such as full-time, part-time and day to day roles. Throughout your time at Teaching Personnel, you will receive support from a dedicated and specialist consultant who endeavours to aid you with finding the right role and supporting you within your current roles by providing feedback and so forth.

Here at Teaching Personnel, we understand that many student teacher's placements were cut short owing to COVID-19. That is why we are creating an NQT pool (similar to the old LEA pool) available to all schools in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan, and offering further training to refine the teaching skills that you were building on during your placements. As a member of the Teaching Personnel NQT pool, you will receive free access to six online support packs. Each pack contains six hours of content aligned to both the Teacher standards and Early Career Framework. The packs are as follows:

* Pedagogy and Practice: This pack will support your classroom practice and help you promote pupil progress by applying an understanding of the way children learn.
* Curriculum : This pack will support you in delivering the National Curriculum and help you design effective schemes of work by applying subject specific knowledge.

* Assessment: This pack will support the use of effective and appropriate methods of assessment to promote pupil progress and improve outcomes.

* Behaviour : This pack will build on your behaviour management techniques to set high expectations and create a supportive learning environment for all pupils.

* Special Educational Needs: This pack will help you to develop inclusive practice to support all pupils effectively including those with special educational needs
