Learning Support Assistant - Middlesbrough

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Teaching Personnel predicts that once schools return, there will be a huge increase in the number of behaviour support assistants that will be required.

Candidate Requirements:

* Be an excellent communicator and be able to work in sync with teaching staff, senior leaders and outside agencies
* Have the ability to assist pupils overcome their barriers to learning
* Understand how emotions can affect behaviour and manage these needs effectively and in-line with the School's positive reward system
