We are looking for a Techincal Services Manager to manage 4 engineers in the day to day maintenance and fabric of the Birmingham Treatment Centre building. You will be liaising with key stakeholders to increase the quality of our service and ensure this high profile site is running smoothly.

More about the role:As the Technical Services Manager, you will be writing reports, managing the maintenance for PPM and reactive are undertaken to a high quality and timely manner, and ensuring your teams and 3rd parties are fully compliant.

Who you are:Now what we are looking for in applications, is someone who has a High technical understanding of M&E systems including PPM, Reactive Maintenance and Fault Rectification. Previous RP, Co-ordinating AP or CP M&E experience, an outstanding communicator, able to liaise confidently with colleagues & clients and lead, engage & develop team members. Previous experience in a PFI background is preferable.

Knowledge & experience of delivering year on year improvements in service delivery, financially astute and experienced in managing budgets, the experience of developing and implementing results-orientated Hard Services strategies.

You will also have the following qualification/certification


City & Guilds 2395 Electrical Inspection and Testing
IEE 18th Edition Electrical Regulations Certificate
Medical Gas Certification
