An alternative provision in Nottingham are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join their team. This is a long term role, commencing September 2020, on a temporary, fixed term basis in the first instance, with the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff.

The alternative provision has an OFSTED rating of 'Outstanding' and offers an alternative learning environment for those young people who struggle to achieve in more conventional settings. They offer small groupd learning and one-to-one learning which considers every young person as a unique individual with unique needs and unique potential.

The learners are placed within the school on full and/or part time basis, from key stages 3 to 5. As a Behaviour Mentor you will be required to support a broad and balanced curriculum, highly differentiated to incorporate the needs of pupils. You must be resilient, able to effectively manage pupil behaviour and responsive to the individual needs of pupils.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
