The 'Future Teachers Programme' commences in September 2020 on a full-time basis and will be guaranteed for the full academic year 2020/2021. This programme will provide graduates with invaluable skills and experience necessary to become a successful teacher and following the completion of the programme, will also support securing a position on an upcoming teacher training programme.

* Full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant positions on the 'Future Teachers Programme' within a variety of schools.
* Earn up to �1400 per month - competitive rate of pay.
* Secondary schools located across Salford, Bury, Bolton and central/North Manchester .
* Work with a small group of students in need of extra support.
* Work alongside the class teacher to plan sessions and cover lessons alongside receiving training on what is involved to become a future teacher.
* Full support and training will be provided by an 'Outstanding Teaching School'.

Application Requirements

* To be considered for the Future Teachers Programme, you must have a degree or be coming to the end of the final year of your degree.
* Previous experience working with children and young people is desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
