Teaching Assistants Needed - Challenging Behaviour - Portsmouth, Gosport and Fareham - September 2020

Our client schools are looking for TA's and Behaviour Support Assistants who have experience in working with children with SEMH and/or challenging behaviour. The schools we work with are based in Fareham, Gosport and Portsmouth and we have a number of permanent and temporary role on both a full time and part time basis, so whatever you are looking for, we can help!

Teaching Assistants who have experience of working in a school or setting with challenging behaviour will be ideal for these roles as well as any candidates with SEN experience or training such as Team Teach which is highly desired. Most of the roles we are recruiting for will be working 1-1 with a pupil so any previous experience with special educational needs or with challenging behaviour should be outlined in your CV.

The type of person who usually gets on well at this school comes from one of the following backgrounds: forces, youth work, social work, sports, psychology, support work.
