We are currently looking for SEMH support workers to assist in a school that's for pupils aged 5-14 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. The school, which has been recently rated as 'Good' by OFSTED , provides these children with a calm and positive environment where the pupils can flourish and succeed. This has been achieved through the hard work of the teachers and their assistants in developing strong relationships with these pupils allowing for a sense of trust which leads to academic achievement. The staffs at this school are proud to work there and are looking for new support workers to assist them on the way to becoming 'Outstanding'.

This role requires motivation, passion, patience and the ability to emotionally support children who are from vulnerable backgrounds and situations . The successful candidate will benefit from a Team-Teach qualification, which can be offered by Teaching Personnel in an upcoming training course in should you not already be trained.

The school is located in the Chorlton-Cum-Hardy area of Manchester so it easily accessible by car, bus, tram and train. The ideal candidate would be a person who is:

What to expect from Teaching Personnel

* A dedicated consultant to discuss current or future roles with you

* An extensively discounted CPD program

* Payment in house, meaning no fees from Umbrella companies

* �9.50 an hour or above

* 13 weeks off per year.

What we expect from you:

* A DBS on the Update Service/ Willingness to get one

* Two recent references

* Willingness to work between 08:30-15:30
