SEN high level teaching assistant role available in Swanley SEN School for September 2020

* Required qualification: a formal HLTA qualification, any teaching qualification or education based degree or level 5 education diploma

This secondary school caters for children with autism and moderate to severe learning difficulties. The school site features large grounds and excellent facilities for soft play, outside learning, Forest School, sensory development, speech and language therapy and access to GCSE qualifications for many students at the end of year 11.

The role and the school:

* Full time role to be reviewed at Christmas - you will have the opportunity to transfer onto a permanent role with the school from January 2021
* You will be working in a key stage 4 class, working collaboratively with the class teacher, leading the class when the teacher is absent, and directing the teaching assistants
* Strong relationships between SLT and the rest of the staff team
* Competitive daily pay rate between �80 - �110 per day

The school are offering video call interviews to potential candidates in the first instance as they are currently partially closed and therefore unable to invite you in to trial. If successful, you will be offered a job and your performance will be assessed during the first 6 weeks in the Autumn term.
