* Full time History Graduate Teaching Assistant required
* Full time graduate required to support with a History department and other areas of Humanities
* Pay will be dependent upon experience: earn up to �1300 per month

A secondary school in the central Manchester area is looking for a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their support team in September (ahead of the new academic year). The successfully appointed Graduate Teaching Assistant will ideally be a graduate from a History based background and therefore being able to provide support to students in this area across GSCE level. Any graduates who are proficient in this area are highly desirable - please ensure you highlight this in your application.

This secondary school is looking for a confident History graduate that is keen on securing a role within an educational environment, making a different to young people's lives and learning. Aspirational teachers are encouraged to apply as well as any graduates with prior experience supporting young people.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be working with students in the classroom as well as running individual small group sessions with those students who require additional assistance. This is a great prospect for a History graduate who is looking to gain additional experience in a school setting before moving onto a school teaching programme. will be opportunity to collaborate across the Humanities faculty in History, Geography and RE.
