NQT'S KS1 and KS2

Teaching Personnel are looking for NQT's to join the team of a Autism Specialist provision in Berkshire. Although the provision caters for both Primary and Secondary students, in the new academic years they are looking to take on 2-3 NQT's to help them grow and develop in their teaching careers:

Successful applicants:

* Completed relevant qualifications - Batchelor of Education (Bed), BA/BSc with QTS, Degree in Teaching training, PGCE or SCITT.
* Happy to work in a Special Educational Needs School
* Some understanding of Autism either from work placements in mainstream/SEN schools or from modules studied during qualifying with a degree
* Keen to take on further development and training specifically devised to enhance your knowledge in the field of Special Educational Needs
* Genuine passion to kick start a career as a Teacher and make real difference in young people lives

This school will offer full training to new starter including behaviour management and courses related to the different learning needs of students with Autism. Teaching Personnel can also offer full support with CPD courses while you gain your confidence and establish yourself as a Teacher.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
