Join the support department within a secondary school, providing targeted guidance for young people with SEN.

* Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant.
* Required from September 2020.

* Earn up to �350 per week!

Our client secondary school in Salford are currently looking for a member of support staff to join their SEN department, on an ongoing basis.

With some students within the school having complex needs such as ADHD and ASC, it is important that they have the correct guidance in order to reach their highest potential. Working as a teaching assistant will involve working in mainstream classrooms supporting the teacher with the learning and development of students with SEN. You will be supporting pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.

To be considered for this role, you must have transferrable experience to work with pupils who have SEN. Any experience directly with ASC i is desirable but not essential as the school provide CPD training to work with these identified students.

Located in Salford, our client secondary school can be accessed via the A56/M66 from surrounding areas including Bolton and central Manchester. For non drivers, there is a number of public transportation links meaning the school can be accessed from places such as Prestwich and Worsley.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
