I am looking to recruit an enthusiastic teacher with high expectations to inspire and motivate students at our client school. Applicants must believe passionately in creating an inclusive ethos and have an ambition to ensure all children achieve and make good progress. We are keen to recruit a teacher who has a desire to create an engaging environment and curriculum, full of learning experiences that pupils will love and remember.

Ideal candidates will:

* demonstrate good quality practice
* demonstrate creative approach to delivering the curriculum
* have high expectations of all pupils
* be able to communicate effectively with children, parents, staff and the community
* enjoy working in a team.
* inspire pupils to become resilient, independent and confident learners
* Post suitable for an NQT - experienced mentors and additional time from class guaranteed.

In return Teaching Personnel will fully support you through your NQT placement - we have in place 6 modules ran by Best Pracitse network in areas such as assessment and behaviour management to make your NQT year a success.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
