Spinneyfields Specialist Care Centre is a 51 bedded service providing both Rehabilitation and respite services within Northamptonshire. The service provides support specifically to maintain and develop service user’s skills to increase independence. Respite provision is for both older persons (which may include nursing needs) and also for service users living with dementia. Respite users living with dementia access the Robin unit which is a separate area on the ground floor building and is linked with our day centre provision.

With a CQC review rating of Good, Spinneyfields have a very active and efficient care team who thrive on overcoming challenges.

**Your services as a Bank Nurse are on an ad hoc and casual basis. This means that while the company will try to give you as much notice as possible when offering work, there is no obligation on the part of the company to provide such work and no obligation for you to accept any work so offered.
The Ideal CandidateAs a Registered Nurse you will have a minimum of 6 to 12 months nursing experience, and be passionate about delivering person centred care. You will have current NMC registration, up to date clinical practices, and evidence of continual professional development. You will provide excellent clinical support and supervision to your team to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the service.

You will be given support and training to develop your clinical skills and management skills, including opportunities to gain qualifications at Masters level. We offer a quality work/life balance that is second to none, with full time or part time hours.
