The Kent SEN Teaching Personnel team are looking for Teaching Assistants to join, to be put forward for local Kent SEN roles from January 2020.

Are you adaptable and able to bring out the best in pupils with special talents, aged 4 - 19, with severe, profound or complex needs?

We require Teaching Assistants to join our "Good" and "Outstanding" schools. We are looking for drive, enthusiasm and potential to join our friendly, professional, positive and forward-looking schools. This is a great opportunity to develop your career by building on your current success. The working hours on average are 8.30-3.30, Monday to Friday, term time only.

For those that have a degree or working towards a degree, we work with some schools that are able to offer a career path to becoming a Teacher.

Successful candidates will either be experienced and successful Teaching Assistants who enjoy team working and taking responsibility or have worked in a Special Needs or child based environment. Alternatively you may have a passion for special needs and are looking for your first opportunity.

You will benefit from opportunities for further professional development and career progression through Teaching Personnel's CPD Academy. The successful candidate will also have a strong commitment to inclusive principles and be committed to safeguarding children and young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
