SEN support Teaching assistant

* Start date - Pending school reopening
* Salary from - GBP300 - GBP400 a week

This role is a SEN priamry school in the Swiss Cottage (NW9) area and will be starting when the school reopening. This is a full time role and will carry on until the end of the academic year with the possibility for the successful candidate to go on to a school contract into September.

The role will involve supporting 2 children with EHCP's in Reception and Year 1 in and out of the classroom on a full time basis. The other half of the day will consist of working as a general teaching assistant throughout the school. Because of this, the successful candidate will have to be flexible in their approach to learning. Due to the pupils complex needs, successful candidate will need to have experience working with special educational needs.

A successful primary school applicant should:

* Be creative, enthusiastic and engaging
* Have previous experience working with children with special educational needs
* Be flexible and adaptable
* Have previous SEN experience

This Swiss Cottage school is larger than average and has recently been graded 'Good' by Ofsted. This is a happy and friendly school and has a supportive senior leadership team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
