Required for September 2020 for this successful 11-18 Church of England Secondary school. The school is heavily over-subscribed and its record in public examinations remains consistently strong. An inspirational and committed teacher is sought to teach History throughout all key stages, including A-level for a suitably-qualified candidate.

The Humanities Department is very successful. This year 84% of year 11 pupils gained at least two good GCSE grades. The numbers opting to study History in our Outstanding sixth form (Ofsted) continues to grow.

This temporary position becomes available due to the present post holder taking maternity leave. The contract will commence on 1st September 2020 and will last for the duration of the maternity leave.

- Full-time History teacher required for an open vacancy from September 2020.

- Must hold QTS alongside relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent within History.

- Pay in line with MPS/Ups GBP24, 373 - GBP40, 490.
