About the IT Support Analyst Role

Due to a continued period of business growth our client currently have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join our UK-based team during an exciting time for the business.

The role of IT Support Analyst provides a significant development path both technically and personally to progress on your chosen track to become a trur Unified Communications specialist.

As an IT Support Analyst with Exactive, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience remotely or on customer sites, working closely with other delivery team members using our ITIL Service Framework.

You will also be expected to provide and surpass a high level of service, meeting and exceeding SLA's. Exactive team members are our strongest brand representatives and so must be highly professional, presentable and excellent communicators.

About You

* You'll have good experience and competency across a range of relevant technical telephony solutions
* Ideally you'll have excellent Microsoft Server skills particularly in Exchange, Active Directory or DNS Administration.
* You'll ideally be educated to degree level within an IT discipline, alongside which Microsoft vendor qualifications would be advantageous.
* You'll have previous experience within an IT support function, ideally from a telecomms environment.
* You will be an excellent team player with a proactive mindset, with a passion for working together as a team to achieve goals.
* You'll have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with a flair for articulating your thinking.
* You'll be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, working across multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ideally you'll have vendor experience, working with PolyCom or Cisco equipment and devices for example.
