KS2 Experienced Behaviour Support Worker Needed

There are various schools across the Bradford area that requires full & part time Behaviour Support Assistants starting in September 2020. The Bradford schools support students who find it difficult to participate in the main classroom most days. Each student has their own tailored curriculum, which considers the pupils strengths, weaknesses and interests. To be considered for this role you must energetic, patient and reliable. You must have the ability to use effective methods to handle difficult behaviour.

The ideal candidate:

* Have experience of working with children (classroom environment desirable)
* Will be experienced in managing difficult behaviour or special educational needs.
* Have some experience of the Year 4 curriculum.
* Will have a clean, full driving license and access to a car to use daily.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
