The School

For practical subjects such as Design and Technology, you will be working in some of the most modern classrooms in London with the most up to date resources, enabling you to be a fantastic and dynamic Design and Technology Teacher. The role is mostly based around the Product Design / Textiles topics of the subject however if you are able to teach Food Technology - this would be a massive advantage to your application.

The school is based in East Cornwall on the A39. There is plenty of parking. There is also good bus links.

The Role

Design and Technology Teacher ASAP Start. If you are available in September 2020 the school will be keen to interview you at the earliest convenience. The school are willing to wait for the right Design and Technology Teacher, however explain that once the right Design and Technology Teacher comes along - they will no longer accept applications!

The Requirements

Experience teaching Product Design or Textiles to KS3 and KS4 students.

Teacher qualifications - QTS, QTLS or PGCE, accompanied by a degree in the subject (however this is substitutable for adequate experience).

NQT's are open to apply to this role.

Able to teach Food Technology is a big advantage.
