A Year 4 Teacher is required for a two form entry academy based near Erith. The independent learning focussed school are recruiting for a Year 4 Teacher with a skillset to coach pupils in being responsible for their own learning and how to learn. Please find further details below:

The Year 4 Teacher role:

* Working alongside an experienced KS2 team
* Assessing student's levels and putting in place appropriate development plans to ensure they are at or above target
* To work with pupils from a multitude of backgrounds, inviting strong differentiation skills
* As a leading school in the community, the school encourage teachers with new ideas

* QTS (or in the process of receiving one) or an overseas equivalent
