The large RC Secondary School have an opening within their inclusion department for a Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team from September. This position is full time, and is ongoing until the end of the academic year with the possibility of a permanent post for the successful Behaviour Support Assistant.

- Full time Behaviour Support Assistant from September

- Working in small groups with identified students who display challenging behaviour

- Supporting students in class and within the inclusion department

- Pay in line with previous experiences, up to �70 per day.

- Fantastic opportunity to enhance future PGCE applications

This position will give you the opportunity to liaise with the Inclusion Manager and SENCo in relation to the progress of students that you work with. You will deliver positive behaviour management strategies, along with supporting pupils during lesson times and within the inclusion unit on site.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
