Join a secondary school in Bolton, working alongside identified pupils on a 1:1 basis who require additional support.

* Full-time Learning Support Assistant.
* Required from September 2020 or earlier.
* Support and mentor students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis where needed.
* Earn up to �1400 per month, depending on your previous experience.

Due to schools continuing to close, our client school are expecting some pupils will require additional support when they return to school.

Working as a learning support assistant will involve monitoring pupil progress and reporting these back to senior members of staff. The incoming LSA will be supporting pupils at varying levels of learning ability with difficulties such as dyslexia and dyspraxia.

To be considered for this role it is important that the incoming candidate has some experience of supporting children and young people previously.

Our client school is based in Bolton and can be accessed via the M61/A58 from the surrounding areas for those who have their own transportation. For applicants that do not drive, the school is also easily accessible via several forms of public transport with links to areas such as Bury and Salford.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
