Teaching Personnel are the leading UK education agency and we are looking to recruit a number of NQT's for the new academic year.

We specifically work with a number of the Schools in Lancashire and at the moment, I am recruiting for one School in particular in the Leyland, Lancashire area.

The School is smaller than average, it caters specifically for pupils who can no longer remain in mainstream education. The School caters for pupils with SEMH Difficulties, ASC, ADHD, ODD and Challenging Behaviours.

The School are looking to appoint a Newly Qualified Teacher from September 2020 with a background in SEN and/or Behaviour.

The role is full time, candidates must be happy to work from 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday and you will be expected to deliver a range of lessons / subjects.

The pupils in school are often very challenging in their behaviours and therefore candidates must be confident in their behaviour management skills!

The school are happy to sign off the teachers NQT year and, as a school, they pride themselves on the constant CPD they offer to candidates and the fact they are happy to push their staff through various qualifications to help them climb the career ladder as a teacher.

Candidates with Team Teach will be favoured for this role although it is not essential.

Pay will start from �100 per day and work upwards from there, pay is negotiable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
