Newly Qualified Teacher

Are you a newly qualified teacher looking for a permanent full time roll from September? Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Teachers across all secondary subjects in the Fleet area for active positions within our client schools.

We work with schools to match Newly qualified teachers with schools who have a supportive and informative mentoring system, which we know will be particularly important this year due to changes in the initial teacher training. We will place you in a school where you are able to join an enthusiastic and passionate department with an emphasis on continued learning.

We work hard throughout the day talking to all prospective schools preventing the need for you to complete multiple applications to multiple schools prior to interviewing , saving you time and effort immediately.

We are also offering all NQTs this year free additional free CPD in:

* Mental Wellbeing in Children and Young People
* Managing Classroom Behaviour
* Mindfulness
* Promoting Positive Behaviour
* Safeguarding Level 2

You will have access to all of this prior to September meaning you will be more employable for a changing education system in post COVID19 England, it will also help you to be more prepared aiding you in settling in to a new environment at your new school.
