Teaching Personnel are the leading national UK agency for education, we recruit teachers, TA's, Tutors and candidates for SLT roles.

We are currently focusing on finding roles for the NQT's due to graduate this year!

I work specifically with the SEN Schools and SEMH / Alternative provisions in the Lancashire area, we cover Burnley, Blackburn, Rawtenstall, Accrington, Chorley, Leyland, Preston and Lancaster. At the moment, I am recruiting for a partner school in Burnley which caters for pupils with SEMH Difficulties, Autism, Learning Difficulties and ADHD.

The School would ideally like to appoint a NQT who has a passion for working with pupils who are often disengaged or challenging in their behaviours.

The candidate must be; hard working, passionate, resilient, empathetic and have some experience supporting pupils with additional needs.

The role will be on a temporary - permanent basis and candidates must be available full time to be considered for this role.

You will be supported by a Mentor and you will have at leat 1 TA in class with you at all times, however, you should be flexible and adaptable enough to deliver a range of subjects and be confident in your behaviour management skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
