We are calling all final year teaching students and Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) graded 'good' or above to join Teaching Personnel Lancashire's NQT Talent Pool 2020!

What is Teaching Personnel Lancashire's NQT Talent Pool?

Being registered on the NQT Pool, you are opened up to the opportunity to be considered for roles in a range of primary schools within your ideal locations in one single application! Many schools across the East Lancashire area (Blackburn, Burnley, Accrington, Nelson and Colne) are keen to recruit Newly Qualified Teachers for September 2020 posts across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. Being appointed in a school through the Pool will provide you with the opportunity to complete at least one term of your induction! You will be supported throughout your applications, as well as your NQT induction year, by a specialist NQT consultant with first-hand primary teaching experience. You will also have access to a wide range of CPD opportunities, which will enable you to build upon your strengths, weakness and make you stand out from the crowd!
