A special school in Bradford are looking to appoint a teacher for a role commencing September 2020.

Our client is located in Manningham, Bradford and provides an alternative curriculum for pupils with Special Educational Needs, including Autism; Global Developmental Delay; Speech, Language and Communication Needs; and Moderate Learning Difficulties.

The school are particularly interested in receiving applications from Newly Qualified Teachers who have an interest in working within Special Needs Education. They have the capacity to support NQTs through induction, and will work closely with Teaching Personnel to offer a range of CPD opportunities to ensure that you have a positive and successful start to your teaching career.

The successful applicant will benefit from a high level of TA support, and will be confident to include Support Workers within their planning.

We are seeking individuals with a passion to support young people with Special Educational Needs and who is able to adapt and differentiate the curriculum to meet pupils' specific needs. You may have prior experience providing support within SEN settings, or may have completed teacher training placements within a special school.

We welcome applications from teachers with both Primary and Secondary subject specialisms, although the successful candidate will be teaching pupils at P Scale Level to Level 3, and will be confident to teach across the curriculum.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
