Are you seeking a new opportunity for the new academic year?

Teaching Personnel work with a number of SEN Schools in the Lancashire area and we are currently recruiting for one in particular who are seeking a Learning Support Assistant for September 2020.

The School is based in Longridge, Lancashire area and caters specifically for pupils with Autism, SEMH Difficulties and some Learning Difficulties.

The School is smaller than average and caters for KS1 /2 pupils who struggle to remain in mainstream schools.

Some of the pupils may display challenging behaviours and candidates with their Team Teach training will be favoured and candidates will also ideally have experience using PECS and Makaton.

Most of the pupils in School have Autism and candidates applying for this role must have experience working with pupils who have Autism.

The School are looking to appoint a long term member of staff from September 2020 on a full time basis. The School hours are 8.30am - 3.15pm Monday - Friday.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
