We are looking for a Newly Qualified Teacher to take on a full-time role commencing September 2020. The position is in an Ofsted rated 'Good' primary school located in Central Cambridge. The successful applicant will be supported by a close-knit team who pride themselves on building caring and consultative relationships with fellow colleagues, pupils and parents/carers.

The school are looking for somebody with confidence, flexibility and a proven record of maintaining good or outstanding levels of attainment in previous placements. Whether your experience is in EYFS or Upper KS2, we want to hear from you as this post will be filled by the applicant best fit for the school. The ideal candidate would have high expectations for behaviour and progress for all students and the ability to work well with the team of supportive and dedicated educators. This role would be perfectly suited to an NQT looking to start their career within a strong and supportive team, where strength and knowledge is encouraged and celebrated.

The role would include but may not be limited to:

* Upholding the vision and values of the school at all times
* Monitoring the progress and development of the pupils
* Delivering energetic and well-structured lessons which will be engaging for all pupils
* Maintain high levels of health and safety throughout the school
* Setting up and maintaining your classroom to the highest standards
* Attending/organising school extra curricular activities
* Attending parents evening
* Behavioural/classroom management

The ideal candidate would be a NQT with experience working in a teaching environment, experience working with SEN pupils, Safeguarding training and be able to plan and implement enjoyable lessons which can enable the pupils to reach their full potential.
