Comparison Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Account Management. A fantastic role if you are looking to develop the team looking after our larger Energy clients and having a clear career path to one day become the successor to Head of Commercial & Partnerships. Your new Head of Account Management role?

As our Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for managing and developing the team supporting our key accounts across a wide range of industries, including media, fin-tech, prop-tech, financial services, estate agents, government and more.

This roles breadth means every day brings fresh opportunities and challenges, with some of the key tasks including:

* Guiding the team to be their best, with comprehensive and consistent approach to performance management, personal development and coaching
* Deliver the Partnership team and Comparison Technologies strategy
* Own and grow the Partnerships P&L and Key Accounts profitability
* Lead by example on account management process, finding the hidden value, setting the challenging actions and guiding to the data insights
* Build and nurture senior level relationships with all Key Accounts
* Champion strategic Joint Business Plans with all Key Accounts
* Actively review account panel to ensure optimum partner composition vs. support levels
* Represent Partnerships at Sales team meetings and regular Business Reviews
* Provide accurate sales and profit forecasts for Partnerships areas
* Delegate as required for Head of Commercial & Partnerships

Why you?

You will be an experienced Head of with a wealth of experience managing key accounts, with a background in either B2B or SaaS within a sales environment. Using your commercial and account management acumen to help your team and partners to develop trading plans and supporting them from creation to completion to deliver consistent high results.

* Enjoy responsibility of driving P&L performance and delivering positive strategic commercial negotiations
* A natural passion for team development and coaching to deliver excellence in account management sales, profit and customer experience
* A strong communicator confidently sharing ideas and information clearly & concisely
* Ability to persuade and influence others to your ways of thinking
* Comfortable working with data to find insights and performance opportunities
* Proven track record of working with multiple accounts, being highly organised to meet deadlines, keeping in regular contact with your key accounts and driving performance
