A successful school in Salisbury are seeking to appoint a motivated and committed individual to the role of Cover Supervisor to work in school with Year 7 up to 11. This role is for 32.5 hours per week, term time only starting in September 2020. This position would be best suited to a candidate with a degree, who is looking to gain skills and experience as a Cover Supervisor before potentially perusing a teacher training course.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be well-organised, confident and work well as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role or classroom experience will be useful but not essential. However, flexibility, resilience, good numeracy and literacy skills and excellent communications skills will be key.

If successful, you will be joining a supportive learning environment, characterised by open management, and in the knowledge that you will enjoy the full support and care of the pragmatic (and down-to-earth) leadership team. We have a dynamic, innovative team of professional staff who want to make a difference to the lives, aspirations and opportunities of our young people.
