Teaching Personnel are currently working exclusively with an amazing Primary Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) school near Crawley that caters for Primary and Secondary aged pupils with complex needs. I am seeking resilient and sporty candidates to join their vibrant unified team.

The school boasts some of the best sports, and forest school facilities in the area so any experience with this previously either professionally or personally would be desired.

Although the school cater for emotional and behavioural difficulties, they do cater for a huge population of ASC (Autism) so any previous experience working with this would be desired.

As well as this the school boast a very high level of academic ability, as their GCSE students have all had 100% pass rate for the past 6 years - so a high level of academic within yourself would also be desired as you will be working 1:1 within the classroom and outdoor setting supporting students with all their education, pastoral and activity needs.

The Role:

Full Time preferable, Permanent contract available on passing probation.

Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 15:30

The Candidate:

Ideal applicants should have previous experience working with complex behaviour or challenging needs professionally. Without school experience any professional experience with the following could help the candidate succeed in this role:

* Psychology
* Youth/Community work experience
* Care worker
* Challenging behaviour within family
* Mentoring
* SEN Experience
* Sports Coach

Teaching Personnel do offer many development courses through our CPD Academy; such as Autism Awareness, Safeguarding and Team Teach to help support any successful candidates within this environment.
