Our client school is an oversubscribed mixed comprehensive secondary academy located in the Oldham area of North Manchester and has over 1200 students enrolled. They have a proven track record of helping students reach their full potential and consistently deliver good GCSE results.

As a Teaching Assistant, you should be able to help a range of different learners to reach their full potential within all of their subjects. Daily roles vary from supporting small groups within the class, to support on a 1:1 basis, as well as delivering pre-planned content on behalf of the class teacher. This highly rewarding role is essential to schools performing to the best of their abilities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with students in order to help them perform to their best of their ability. Excellent behaviour management skills and SEN experience is highly desirable.
