Key Features of the Role:
The Finance Sales Broker helps SME's nationwide to release working capital to fund their growth and development.
Responsible for generating new business opportunities in a telephone sales environment:
Cold calling.
Business leads.
Utilising established database.
Own research methods.
Connections and network.
SalesLogix CRM diary and sales process management system.

Ascertain current or longer-term funding requirements, by completing full fact finds and information gathering.
Build relationships, establish rapport, manage diary and pipeline of prospect business.
Using open and closed questioning techniques, generating need and interest, consult on potential options, and close sales opportunities.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
Ideally as a Finance Sales Broker you will have at least A-Level education or higher.
Essentially you must have telesales or telemarketing background, financial service industry knowledge not essential.
Transferable sales skills from roles such as consultancy, account management, new business generation.
An interest or career desire to work in the financial sector is ideal, but essential that you want a sales role.
Business to business sales background is ideal but not essential, full training is given, so you will have all of the tools available to become a success.
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner, computer proficiency, and database / CRM system experience is a must.

The successful Finance Sales Broker comes with a basic annual salary ranging from �18,000 to �25,000 depending on experience.
Working Monday to Friday 9:00 till 17:30, no weekends or late nights.
